Itinerary

Day1

After a delicious breakfast, we will leave Kathmandu and drive to Sundarijal. It is a couple of hours long drive. Passing by busy markets, we will drive, enjoying countryside views. On the way, we will also get to see beautiful views of lush hills, terraces, and waterfalls. Kathmandu gets water from Sundarijal via a century-old water pipe, running alongside the road and down the stone steps. From here, we will begin hiking towards Chisapani, following forested hills and cliffsides.

Day2

We will wake up early to see a lovely sunrise and mountain views. After breakfast, we will leave Chisapani and begin trekking toward Nagarkot via Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. The trail goes through lush forests where we may come across wild animals, but it is likely to happen. Likewise, we will see birds and lush vegetation while trekking. 

Soon, we'll reach Chauki Bhanjyan and stop here for lunch. From here, the trail continues to Nagarkot. We will reach just in time to get some rest and later go out to enjoy a beautiful sunset. The evening is free. Rest and enjoy your time away from the noise of the city.

Day3

Today, we will visit one of the oldest and most significant temples of Nepal, Changunarayan Temple. But first, we will wake up at dawn and hike to the sunrise point to see a gorgeous sunrise over eight Himalayan ranges. After that, we will return to our hotel and have breakfast. We will then drive to Changunarayan Temple. 

The guide will explain to you the art, architecture, and history behind the temple. This temple has many important historical events and stories. After exploring the temple, we will drive back to Kathmandu. On the way, we can also stop at Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Spend the remaining day in Kathmandu exploring and shopping. We will meet in the late evening to have a farewell dinner.
